Eligibility for Returns We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in unopened, sealed cartons (original packaging).

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

We do NOT accept:

• Opened cartons or partial returns.

• Products without original packaging or labels.

• Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

Return Process

• Contact Us First: Email sales@bfooding.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items without approval.

• Approval & Instructions: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

• Return Shipping:

  • Customer Responsibility: You may ship returns to us at your own cost, or:

  • Collection Charge: If we arrange pickup, a pre-trip collection fee will apply (deducted from your refund).

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the unopened, full carton(s).

• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

• Deductions: Collection fees (if applicable) and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods, custom orders, or items marked "final sale."

Damaged/Defective Items

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll replace or refund defective items at no extra cost.
